with theirs, using HTML and CSS. Also, in support of the Music Ministry in my church, developed lyric books in MS Word for the

Choir, and corresponding MS PowerPoint slides for projecting lyrics on large screens for the congregation’s benefit.

Most recent experience, employed by major New York Bank {the Bank of New York} (01/2004 – 03/2007) as a

Programmer/Analyst. Maintained custom software, added clients to existing Jobs, developed new Jobs/Reports for new and existing

clients, in support of a Benefits Disbursement Package called Omni-Pay.

Next most recent experience, employed for over 17 years (06/1981 – 02/1999) by a data processing consulting firm {Pinkerton

Computer Consultants}. Projects included:

• Programmer/analyst for an entrepreneurial communications company. Performed programming and testing of online table

maintenance transactions for DB2 tables to be used in a communications equipment management system, using SQL calls in a

CICS environment.

• Programmer/analyst for the business development division of a communications utility. Performed programming and testing of

call rating modules and file/table edit program in a batch communications rating and billing system. Returned later to maintain

entire system through several changes that involved replicating it for more systems.

• Programmer/analyst for a major utility. Performed analysis, design, programming, testing and documentation of several online

entry and inquiry transactions, and batch edit, report and update programs, in a CICS and IMS based inventory management

system.

• Programmer/analyst for a major ATM network. Performed analysis, programming, implementation, documentation of

enhancements and all maintenance of a financial batch system. Also trained new client personnel.
