May 2007 – Sept 2009 DynCorp International Transportation Manager “Iraq”
This was a very challenging posting as I was directly responsible for meeting the Transportation needs of the Civilian police training program based in Iraq.
The requirements were very fluid as mission parameters varied greatly. I was directly responsible for the care and maintenance of 500 contract assigned
vehicles ranging from light vehicles up to armored recovery vehicles. Due to the decentralized manner of this program, providing an effective maintenance
program is the daunting challenge of this mission. Providing Maintenance and Transportation to 63 Satellite FOB's (forward operating bases.) was the crux of
the mission, and is a reward in and of itself.
June 06 2006 - Feb 07 2007 Kellogg Brown and Root Maintenance Manager "Kuwait"
Duties: Include, but are not limited to, providing a safe, reliable and cost effective product to the customer. Ensures that the equipment meets company,
governmental and customer requirements, will serve as the leader of the NWA or regional team. Establishes a Preventive Maintenance program and coordinates
maintenance support for the NWA/region. Utilizes a CEMS database to develop strategies for Maintenance Efficiencies, develops processes to ensure
compliance with equipment related government regulations, and modifications. Calculate future workloads across NWN country group and PLM manpower
needs for supporting service delivery equipment. Ensures all maintenance personnel enter an ongoing training program, to establish competence standards
across the board. Coordinates all vendor sub-contract warranty work/claims for veracity, and expeditious completion.. .
Accomplishments:
1. Received Logcap 111's Merit achievement certificate for outstanding Maintenance Programs.
2. A total of 5 employees that went on to become Maintenance Supervisors with-in our programs.
3. 2 employees that went on to be Managers under other programs.
4. A total overall DCMA operational readiness rating of 96% and 0 discrepancies noted by the DCAA audit team.
June 2005 - June 2006 Kellogg Brown and Root Equipment Maintenance Supervisor "Kuwait"
Duties: Include, but are not limited to, overseeing several sites in regards to ensuring all documentation is compiled on a daily basis in accordance with
SOP guidelines. Perform periodic inspections within my areas of responsibility. Take a lead role in the accountability of equipment and personnel. Ensure the
training of personnel ex-pat and local nationals, to stated standards. Assume ultimate responsibility for the maintenance and logistical support of up to 1100
pieces of assigned equipment. Assume ultimate responsibility for the health and welfare of a multi-national workforce of approximately 60 personnel. Directly
supervise and control cost expenditures for direct support of all maintenance operations. Supervise all operational aspects of the Logistic Cell which supports
all maintenance functions. Keep all leadership advised on items that may hinder the successful completion of stated missions. Be well versed in all applicable
regulations and guidelines in direct support of mission accomplishment to wit Logcap, Military, KBR, OSHA, DOT, ANSI, and any other safety governing
bodies.
Accomplishments: The Maintenance Department under my direct supervision received 7 DCMA inspections and 4 QAIQC inspections with no faults noted.
Personnel assigned to my sections have received a total of 16 certificates of achievement, and the Maintenance section has received a meritorious achievement
award & from the Kuwait Logcap manager.
August 2004 - June 2005 Kellogg Brown and Root Production Control/ Dispatch “Kuwait”
1. Maintain vehicle deadline report NMC/FMC.
2. Generate SRO'S for vehicle maintenance.
3. Liaison for vendor/sub-contractor vehicle maintenance.
4. Ensure driver compliance with KBR regulations and guidelines.

1. Conducted joint operations with the Kosovo, Macedonian, and US governments.
2. Accountable for 17 Ex-pat's and 7 Host National Interpreters.
3. Expedited Border crossing procedures for all US military and Brown and Root elements.
4. Responsible for all TMR\s for all Brown and Root elements crossing from Macedonia to Kosovo.
5. Verified all shipping manifests and cleared all shipments thru customs.
6. Coordinated all UN Coalition operations on the Macedonian and Kosovo border.
7. Communication link between Macedonia and Kosovo Brown and Root Ops centers.
