in Cassell Research Laboratories, Ekkaduthangal, Chennai - 97.
* M.Tech Final Year Project Topic: (Carried out at SASTRA
UNIVERSITY, Thanjavur): " Antitumor Potential of ethanolic
extract of Solanum trilobatum against Ehrlich's Ascites
Concinoma". The efficiency of the antitumor potential of Solanum
trilobatum was investigated and attained good results.The work
has been sent for publication in International Journal of
Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
i)Co - Curricular Activities:
College level:
* Participated in the Technical Quiz in " Genofest '05" conducted in
my college.
* Presented a paper on "Mutation Screening of Hearing Impaired
Families in Tiruvallur Dt". In the National level Technical Symposium
NATURA ' 06 held at St. Peter's Engineering College, Avadi, Chennai
- 54 and secured 1st place.
* Presented the same paper in Genespire, 06 National level Technical
symposium held at Kumaraguru College of Engineering and Technology in
Coimbatore and secured 2nd place.
School Level:
* Won 1st prize in the Intra School Exhibition contests in 1998 and
1999.
* Participated in the All India General knowledge Test conducted by
USO, India in the pre - senior levels and passed them with 82% and
79% respectively.
* Participated in the State level Science Talent Search Examination
(T.N) in 2002 held by Unified Council.
