2012 - Current

* NYCSCA Mentor Program, Queens, New York: Project Officer (Project

Manager) for the $100 million New York City School Mentor Program.

This project encompassed numerous schools in New York City area by

which my responsibilities included managing several contractors and

the daily work flow. The work involved retrofit and modernization of

all aspects of school buildings and surrounding play areas. A key

component of the program is that it targets smaller construction

contracts - typically ranging from $80,000 to $750,000 - for M/W/LBE

bidding.

2009 - May -2012

* Annex to Olmsted Center. - New Building: NYC Parks Department Project

that involved the construction of a Pre-fabricated Annex Building to

the Department's Headquarters from ground up. It complied with the

latest LEED regulations and DEP regulation for contaminated soil

disposal as well dewatering ($7,250,000.00).

* PS 85 X. - Retaining Walls: NYC SCA Project that involved the

construction of +/- 375' long x 12' high Retaining Wall as well

concrete stairs, asphalt and fence ($1,950,000.00).

* PS 228 K. - Exterior Masonry & Parapet: NYC SCA Project that involved

parapet replacement, Limestone replacement, corner replacement, brick

stitching, brick pointing, roofing as well as concrete retaining wall

repair and sidewalk replacement ($3,600,000.00).

* PS 138 K. - Paved Areas Concrete and Gym Upgrade: NYC SCA Project that

included the replacement of an entire concrete courtyard, retaining
