reduce incidents and train new job responsibilities for a large HVAC manufacturer. Evaluate, and document new
job processes for hazards and ergonomics; Management of Change. Involved in creating and implementing
strategic vision for operational excellence deployment plan. Co-chair of the green team focusing on reducing,
reusing and recycling waste to help the environment which increased recycling efforts by 50% as well as to develop
