2008 - 2010 MTV Games - Director of Operations ROCK BAND PRODUCT

Responsible for all North American operations: including inventory

management, product introductions, warehousing, special projects, and

consumer warranty program. Established and coordinated operational

efforts between MTV / VIACOM and external sales, distribution and

supply chain partners. Worked directly with worldwide retail customers

with localization issues regarding product and packaging requirements.

1975 - 1989 San-Mar Labs - Director of Operations CONTRACT

MANUFACTURER of COSMETICS / OTCs

Responsible for plant: facility layout, set up and testing of all

process / packaging equipment for start up company. Planned and

implemented changes as company grew from start up to $8mm. Hired and

trained all plant employees. Created roles and responsibilities, as

well as organizational structure for inventory control, warehousing,

receiving, production, manufacturing, QA, QC, and engineering.

Automated production lines resulting in increased output and

efficiencies. Company liaison for new and existing accounts including:

Estee Lauder, Helena Rubinstein, Calvin Klein. Managed master schedule

for production and manufacturing.
