Before operating a forklift check for leakage and damages.

Make sure you look at the nameplate for the maximum lifting mass that the forklift can

lift.

Adjusting the forks for stability is a must for lifting and loading.

Loading and taking loads off and on an incline.

Driving forward and backward with a load in a figure 8 position.

Beware of your environment for hazards and people.

Make sure the loading dock is stable, secure and clean for loading.

Beware of carbon dioxide levels in trucks and have the proper ventilation.

When lifting a liquid container make sure it is full before moving it.
