Core Strengths

My experience includes the ability to run day-to-day operations in high-pressure environments. I

develop and implement strong routines to accomplish multiple projects with large and small budgets

by the deadline. My teams have ranged from 10 to 25 individuals with yearly revenue from 3M to 20M.

I demonstrate analytical and partnering skills with other stores and vendors to maintain inventory

levels.

• Developing & implementing routine operational strategies

• Strengthening supply chain while improving vendor relations

• Improving operational efficiency

Accomplishments

Led in a $1,000,000 revenue increase. I took over as Senior Merchandise Manager at a Bed Bath &

Beyond in November of 2012. I was responsible for presentation, team building, training, and

inventory levels. Throughout the following twelve months revenue and sales increased monthly

between 10-20 percent. By November of 2013 we had a $1,000,000 increase.

Cut costs and increased profit in the closure of a 60,000 sq. ft. location. Bed Bath & Beyond

determined that a location needed to close its doors. I was sent to the store as a Merchandise Manager

to ensure the project a success. We devised a schedule to ship out all the active merchandise that

other stores could consume. Next, we planned scheduled intervals to lower the price of the remaining

product. We also laid out a floor plan to ensure visibility and safety. The plan was successful and we

shut the doors with a maximum discount of 37% which was 7% better than anticipated.
