First of all, thank you, thank you for taking the time to review my
resume and consider it for the position at hand.
Second of all, just a few tidbits about me. "I am a friendly,
bilingual, dependable, reliable, honest, loyal, aggressive, yet diplomatic,
and a dedicated individual, who has an ambition to succeed in any given
environment. Although I have extensive experience in the real estate
industry, I believe that we never stop learning, and am positive about
life. Being in the real estate industry, for over 14 years, I have been
able to work many levels of sales, business, property management, bidding,
contracting and contractor supervision. Cultivating all parts of a
relationship from the beginning until now is how I have held and continue
to hold a strong business customer platform. I am new to the area and am
looking for a permanent salaried position, administrative, sales and/or
leasing position. Although my experience outweighs my formal education, I
enjoy furthering my education. I am willing to take an entry level to
permanent position, with a beginning salary of approximately $35,000.00 per
year with the right company.
I am newer to the Houston area and would prefer the Northwest area if
at all possible, but willing to relocate closer to the job location with
time. I am looking forward to a new beginning and being a part of a great
company, I am willing to travel 25 - 50% of the time if necessary. Please
