PROFESIONAL WORKS

May 2008 - August 2009. Area: Maintenance Assembly. Magna

Perform different types of maintenance on production lines, make daily reports of the operation of the lines. Management of production staff, modify programs or making robots fanuc teachin when necessary.

January to August 2010 Area: Security.

Natural Gas Safety Technician: Perform maintenance to pipes and equipment that use natural gas, Also LP gas conversions to natural gas products that could be find at home and business computers.

January to May 2011 Area: Mechatronics Eng.

Calhydra: to generate work orders for technicians to perform,instrumentation work (configuration) to read PLC programs to look for missing conditions or make changes if necessary. Save orders data into a data base and support when need to correct them

Ford CD4 INCYCLE Automation Project. Area: Plc Programmer.

INCYCLE Automation: Worked with HMI in the production lines of front floor pan and front structure. Making changes to the records to add new models and aid in production lines due to the changes made in logic. Add devices inside of the logic (including self fault messages). Performed Watching Tests to verify indicators and correct them.

CD4 Ford Project MAC Systems. Area: Plc Programmer.

Mac Systems: Worked with HMI in new production lines of Doors and Trunk doors. Making changes to the records to add new models and aid in production lines due to the changes made in logic. Add devices inside of the logic (including self fault messages). Performed Watching Tests to verify indicators and correct them.

SCADA System Project Ford. Area: Plc Programmer.

Mac Systems: Create Database for magna, to implement its new standard, Creating messages for the Scada system (both read and write) plc's settings as required ip changes and modifications on the cards, creating the new udt for production lines that are being assembled.
