knowledge on the equipment as well as safety and quality assurance procedures
Acquired working knowledge of analytical software and systems, such as SPC++, Crystal Ball,
Data View, Workstream etc.
Achievements and special projects
Initiated the idea of breaking down annual equipment PM (preventative Maintenance) to 4
quarterly ones, thus decreasing PM time from 48 consecutive hours to 4 6-hour sessions.
This also decreased the need for post PM troubleshooting, since each session was fully
executed by a single shift, without a shift change in between.
Co-lead the “Skip” project, which allowed decreasing the number of visual quality
inspections by 90%, consequently decreasing the number of technicians and operators
performing those inspections.
Cooperated with a team on development and implementation of the “Rework on tool”
project, which saved the plant over $80K annually, by creating an alternative reworking
process for non-standard wafers.
