standards by 2013, or later with an approved extension.

Managed and consulted with architectural and engineering

Adventist, Childrens, Orthopedic, and Valley Presbyterian

hospitals. Implement the Hazard Mitigation Program for

Hospitals based on Senate Bill 1953 and Federal regulations

in conformance with OSHPD.

Determine scope of work for compliance with

environmental issues (NEPA, CEQA), Historical status

(SHIPO) codes, and regulations concerning Federal and

States laws. Review proposed Architectural, Civil and

Structural designs for functionality. Determine eligibility

and compliance with Stafford ACT and 44 CFR. Verified

cost estimates and cost effectiveness to repair or replace a

facility. Monitor large projects during construction and

closeouts. Review insurance policies to avoid duplication of

grants. Review and advise possible Hazard Mitigation

Proposals for eligible projects (section 404,406). Provide

reports for upper management and allocation of funds for
