As a Senior Functional Analyst on the Enterprise Data Warehouse project at the Department of State, I
have been responsible for gathering business requirements, defining metrics and designing end-user
dashboards and reports. Duties and tasks included analyzing source data for integration into the EDW;
gathering and documenting requirements for reporting; assisting in design and development of the
Enterprise Data Warehouse and end user dashboards and reports; assisting in identifying relevant metrics
for reporting; ensuring data quality and standardization; and providing end-user training and support. I
developed several sets of training courses for various levels of users.
