Assist SEW sales engineers and customers with application expertise
by phone or through visits to customers. Assist inside sales on
review of requests for quotes and orders for nonstandard product
assemblies/modifications to ensure product is technically
acceptable and has a low risk of failure. Assure technical
compliance by reviewing drive specifications and job requirements
as supplied by customers. Handle complaints of defective
material/workmanship per RGA and warranty policies. Evaluate
returned units for cause of failure or nonconformance, document
