EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
Served as an environmental engineer in industrial, commercial, retail,
residential, municipal, state and federal facilities. These projects were
located in USA and abroad.
Prepared environmental engineering/remediation reports for soil and
groundwater pollution in industrial, commercial and residential facilities
contaminated with oil. Performed field supervision of contractor installing
monitoring wells and/or sparge points for insitu chemical oxidation by
ozone. Reviewed and interpreted engineering reports, vender submittals,
maps, drawings, specifications, regulations, ordinances, field test
results, design manuals, aerial photographs, and other data necessary for
assigned projects. Communicated technical information with equipment and
materials vendors.
Performed field construction inspection of fire pumps, water supply pumps,
wastewater treatment plant pumps, aerators, fire sprinkler lines,
water/sewer lines, bag-houses, filters, underground/aboveground water
storage system in high-rise residential, office and industrial buildings.
Prepared Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I/II) reports in NY, NJ, CT,
and MA.
Performed construction inspection services on stormwater, water, wastewater
collection/wastewater treatment plants, high-rise buildings and bridge
foundation construction projects in Pakistan, Thailand, Malaysia,
Indonesia, Hong Kong and USA.
Supervised and prepared NPDES permitting, SWPPP, and SPCC related

York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and State University Construction Fund
(SUCF).

baghouses, electrostatic precipitators and other environmental equipments.

firm in Thailand and operated wastewater treatment plants in

to operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants in each facility and

Prepared, trained and implemented ISO14000 documentation for transportation
facilities around New York City.
Performed indoor air quality inspections for local, state and federal
agencies. Typical scope of work include site visit, HVAC and fresh air
intakes analysis, biological sampling for mold and fungus, air sampling,
NOx, H2S and other gases, CO2, CO, temperature and relative humidity
analysis and technical report writing.
Prepared and applied Title V air quality permits for automotive paint
workshops in NY and NE.
