1996-Present Evangelistic Ministries International (EMI), Inc. 1007 Gospel Road, Fort Walton Beach, FL
Founder and President
EMI, is a 501 c(3) non-profit organization, whose main purpose is to present and further the
Christian faith internationally, through public speaking, and humanitarian projects which includes; water well construction, medicine and food delivery. As an international motivational speaker and ordained minister, I addressed large audiences in convention centers, civic auditoriums and churches. Starting churches in Honduras, Botswana, and Guyana provided me valuable experience in dealing with various government agencies. Good knowledge of Spanish.
1992 – 1996 Sverdrup Technology, Inc. TEAS Group Bldg 260, Eglin AFB, FL
Engineer IV with Top Secret security clearance
Analyzed electronic power systems for various military projects. Designed test circuits to analyze battery designs and performance for various military applications. Developed MATHCAD templates to calculate Radiation Hazard Distance for personnel and fuel from defocused antennas using the FRESNEL-KIRCHOFF integrals. Involved in company’s Seeker-Sensor Program. Familiar with
ORCAD and RS/Probe.
1990 – 1992 Keltec Florida, Inc. (ST Keltec Corp.) 84 Hill Ave., Fort Walton Beach, FL
Electrical Engineer
Designed, developed, and fabricated low voltage switch-mode power supplies. Developed high density,Full Military, discrete DC-to-DC converters with a density exceeding 20 Watts per cubic inch.
Developed and maintained standard and custom product lines, including a computerized program
for their complete design.
Designed the Full Military, multi-output, Custom Power Supply to be used in the redesigned APR-39-V2 Radar Warning Receiver. Personally researched and developed an active power factor correction unit with completely documented results, including the development of a computerized program for the complete design.
Involved in design and development of a Full Military, 230KHz high density, multi-output, Custom Power Supply. Maintained additional position and title of Reliability Engineer. Responsible for MTBFs,MTTRs, GIDEP Alerts, and UL, CSA and VDE Safety Agency Requirements. Extensive
knowledge of MIL-HDBK-217 and RELCALC Program. Secondary responsibilities included
writing technical proposals, sales support, program management and customer support and
presentations (PDR and CDR).
1986 – 1990 Transistor Devices, Inc. 274 S. Salem St., Randolph, NJ
Electronic Engineer
Personally designed and developed an industrial grade, multi-output, Custom Power Supply used in Hi- Res video monitor, with over 500 units in field operation. Responsible for the design and development of several types of military and commercial active power factor corrected custom power supplies, achieving 0.99 power factor, and meeting the harmonic distortion and current requirements of MIL-STD-1399. Involved in the design and development of commercial, multi-kilowatt, digitally programmable, power factor corrected power supplies, including responsibility for design and development of a standard product line.
