• Proposed and accomplished a new approach and processing flow to accommodate source and
receiver array in the inverse scattering series 3D free-surface elimination algorithm and 2D
internal multiple attenuation algorithm
• Participated and contributed in the field data (Kristin Data) processing for wavelet estimation,
deghosting, free-surface multiple removal, and internal multiple removal
• Developed and tested Green’s theorem deghosting method and reduced the computational cost
of the deghosting code
• Improved and modified the finite difference and Cagniard de-Hoop modeling codes
• Implemented and coded 1D Green’s theorem reverse time migration (RTM) algorithm and
compare its results with that of conventional RTM algorithm
