• Budget control over the Die Cast division for all aspects of cost (labor, overhead, utilities, maintenance).
Responsible for P&L of division by department.
• Assisted Process Engineers for production improvements
• Lean Manufacturing improvement team leader – Lead regular stand-up meetings, events and continuous
improvement projects with measurable goals. Utilized data tracking to make educated changes for
improvements with real time information from the floor at each work cell. This was for cell improvement
activity SQCD.

• Die Cast Manager - Over 4 departments, 90 employees
• Responsible for day to day operations, planning, scheduling production for 3 shifts.
