• Die Cast Manager - Over 2 departments, 80 employees

• Scheduling production for over 200 different customers, 3 shift operation.

• Budget control over the Die Cast division for all aspects of cost (labor, overhead, utilities, maintenance).

Responsible for P&L of division by department.

• Assisted Process Engineers for production improvements

• Lean Manufacturing improvement team leader – Lead regular stand-up meetings, events and continuous

improvement projects with measurable goals. Utilized data tracking to make educated changes for

improvements with real time information from the floor at each work cell. This was for cell improvement

activity SQCD.

• Released from company as cost reduction

Yamada North America – South Charleston, Ohio May 2008 to December 2011

• Die Cast Manager - Over 4 departments, 90 employees

• Responsible for day to day operations, planning, scheduling production for 3 shifts.

• Worked closely with product managers for improvements of tooling upgrades and future tooling.

• TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Kiazen activities, Kanban pull system, one part flow

• Responsible for Budget Control and P&L of division by department
