Project: HCA Lawson Financials (Aug 2011 - Till Date)

Client: Hospital Corporation of America (HCA)

Role: Technical Consultant

Description:

This project is about building interfaces (both inbound and outbound)

between HCA's different business lines and its central financial system

that is in LAWSON. The core systems included in this project/process are

activity management (AC) and Billing and Revenue (BR). Gathering the

requirements directly from business users and implementing them in LAWSON

system are the core challenges in this project.HCA's

Procurement suite from Lawson Application 8.0.2 to 9.0.1 and Upgrade of

Lawson Environment from 8.0.3 to LSF 9. The project challenges included

upgrade of large number of customizations which is specific to their

business processes, Understanding the Interfaces and suggest improvements.

Understood the business processes of Schlumberger and involved in

customizations and involved in customizations, unit testing, functional

testing, integration testing, regression testing and bug fixes.
