Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) Information
Assurance and Security Engineering Directorate (IASED) to
conduct details analysis of engineering and security
requirements for new systems or consolidation or upgrade
modification to existing systems. Design security solutions
and recommends countermeasures to mitigate risk found and
report findings in follow-on written technical analysis and

infrastructure in both testing and production environments.
Additionally, responsible for network engineering design on
the U.S. Army's I3MP network project. Implement the I3MP
network in Kwajalein, Marshall Island. Participating in the
analyzing and implementing security measures for the computing
resources. Implement Army's enterprise wireless intrusion
detection (WIDS) in the current network configuration.
Evaluate the wireless switches such as 3Com, Aruba,

features. Install the Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems
(WIDS) and the Wireless LAN (WLAN) network in US Army

Participating in design and implement the VOIP network in
Pacific US Army Installation. Setup the Cisco 6500 router
IPsec Tunnel Private to Private network in test environment.
Perform the Systems Acceptance Test (SAT) and Final
Verification (FV) for US Army network in Alaska, Hawaii, and
Korea US Army Installation. Design and planning the Top Level
Architectures (TLA) network for Germany US Army site.

Network Engineer: Qualcomm Inc/Kyocera-Wireless Inc., San

Feb. 1995-May2004 * Managed, administered and supported the Microsoft
Exchange servers as the messaging system. Installed,
configured and rack mount the new HP/Compaq servers to run the
IIS 5.0 and 6.0 Web servers and the printer servers.
Installing and setup the Cold Fusion server, Crystal Report
server in the IIS environment. Install and setup the Red Hat
server to run the NAT in the lab environment. Trouble-shoot
the PC problem in the production for the client. Provide day-
to-day support and enhancement of the Windows infrastructure
systems, MS-Office 2000/2003 for the client. Planning, and
