SR. HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, AEROGROUND INC.,
2004 - 2009
I was recruited back to Aeroground in 2004. I provided senior human
resources business partner support in the areas of Organization
Development, Employee Relations, Staffing Compensation, Succession
Planning, Benefits, Training and Development, HR policies and
procedures, EEO, HIPPA, workers comp. HR metrics, mergers and
acquisitions. A major accomplishment at Aeroground was the
development of "Team Aeroground Management Training Program", designed
to provide positive team oriented work culture and consistency in
handling human resources matters. My responsibilities included the
U.S. and Canada. Aeroground was acquired by Menzies Aviation in 2009.
SR HR CONSULTANT, PRODUCTIVITY PLUS, 2002 - 2004
Productivity Plus is a training solutions company. As one of the
principals I developed business strategy, developed and facilitated
customized training programs in the areas of Team Building,
Leadership, Executive Coaching, Organization Development, Succession
Planning and Compensation. Provided consultant support for TSA
Project that hired and trained over thirty thousand airport personnel.

Zilog, Inc., a semiconductor company. In this role, I was the senior
human resources business partner for sales business units. I was also
responsible for corporate functions in the areas of Staffing,
Training/Development, Compensation, Stock Management and Immigration.
Responsibilities included domestic and global locations in the
Philippines, India (Bangalore and Hyderabad) and Thailand. I
conducted IPO due diligence and developed Rosetta Stone for
integrating acquisitions.
DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES, SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY, 1995- 1998
Seagate Technology, a disk drive company. As the Senior Human
Resources Business Partner, I was responsible for global recording
media manufacturing operations with facilities in North America,
Singapore, Limavady Ireland, and Mexico. During my tenure with
Seagate, I directed the successful integration of Seagate and Connor
Peripherals manufacturing operations.

Aeroground, a logistics company. As the first human resources
