Initiated three innovative design and development

projects, one of them is Direction Control Valve with

special feature (designed new outlet casting element

with electrically operated switch for Backhoe

clamp function) will help to penetrate in open centre construction

equipment with same product family. Nature of the

second project is compact low cost relief valve

design for tractor industry. In scope of

last project, I have developed one concept which is

helping to convert current parallel circuit of

Intermediate Slice casting will be used for

Tandem Circuit without changing casting design which

will help to save huge cost of casting development.

Apart from this I have worked

and completed five small application development

projects and three technology transfer projects from

parent's plant.
