Executive Summary: As a strong Employer Advocate I have negotiated,
mediated or facilitated collective agreements and local work place issues.
Balancing the overall best interests of the Employer with demands from
trade unions is a challenge I enjoy. Developing a close working
relationship with the organization's leadership makes it easier to be
successful in finding the appropriate course of action for the situation. I
also enjoyed the opportunity to coach and mentor the management team
members. I believe you need to sometimes let the little things go to
maintain your strategic view of the long term issues. Having a sense of
humor helps also helps.
