• Drive test analysis using TEMS Investigations and making necessary

Parameter changes to improve network, checking Cell Selection and

Reselection Offset in idle mode and Hand over Offset in Dedicated Mode.

• Interference troubleshooting in BTS sites using HP spectrum analyzer.

• Arranging riggers to do sites audits and antenna alterations where/if necessary.

• Good overall knowledge of GSM architecture, and Network performance.

• Monitoring daily busy hours statistics and reducing congestion, drops

and improve the Handover Location Update paging & CSSR.

• Responsible for testing the radio performance due to newly integrated sites.

• FAT project (Final acceptance test).

• Swap Test (feeder and sector swap 900 & 1800 band).

• Planning and drawing DT rout for new sites & BSC clusters, by using google Earth & Mapinfo.

• Analyzing log files basis of (Rxlevel,RXQual,SQI,C/I,TA) for finding the problems like interference (Co channels, Co BSIC, Co BCCH & Adjacent Channels ), poor coverage,Gap, overshoot by using ACTIX ANALYSER & TEMS Investigation 8.0.1.

•Good exposure to Network optimization and tuning (physical parameters, frequency re-tunes (TCH, BCCH) neighbor changes and database parameters for handover and power control.

•Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure.

• Analysis of worst / cells, recommendations for KPI improvement.

•Optimization of the site basing on the drive test results (Drop Call, Block Call, HO Failure).

•Optimizing neighbors list, handover control and frequency retuning.

•Capable of giving online technical support to drive test engineers.

•Affecting the physical changes at the sites (height, tilt, reorientation and etc.) if required in order to distribute the traffic equally among the cells of the clusters.

•Good knowledge of Layer 3 Message.

•Understanding of Key performance indicators (KPI) like Dropped Call, Handover Failures and Blocking.

• Using NOKIA and ERICSSON dumps for solving network issues.

• Knowing Skills on Walk test, drive test (2G,3G,CDMA,Wimax) .

• Preparing report for the Customer by using Actix analyzer.

• Handle customer complaint department (MCI).

• Analysis of Network Performance Statistics Online KPI Browser (ALEF) such as

TA, TCH traffic, TCH Drop, TCH Congestion, and TCH assign fail, CSSR and

CDR rate, SDCCH traffic, SDCCH Drop, SDCCH Congestion & etc.

• Performing Drive testing of major cities in Iran by using TEMS8.0 TEMS 9.0 TEMS 10 for MTN and MCI projects.

• Drive test basis of (Idle mode, dedicated mode (short call & long call), scanning and (GPRS & EDGE).

• Wimax Drive test using (XCAL, IXchariet) IP test, voip test.

• Wimax drive test by Probe GENEX software.
