Leak checks on gas cabinets with vacuum to 1x10-9
millitorr and Helium detection for protection from
SiO2, B2H6, and PH3 gases.
Setup and program robotic handlers for safe product
operation.
Calibrate mass flow control devices and PLC's to
maintain film integrity.
Accurately managed control of explosive and toxic
gases as well as corrosive material via EPA
regulations.
Managed particle free class 1 environment with 0.3
um threshold.
