Job Summary : Under the general supervision of the Solid Forms

Manufacturing Supervisor. Ensure the operation of

areas to Riyadh Pharma and Regulatory Standards and those

products are manufactured to production schedule. Liaison

with department supervisor to maintain and improve

operating conditions. Operate and work assigned specific

daily duties such as; Wet / Dry Granulation, Encapsulation,

Compression, Coating and others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To manufacture products in accordance with specified standards and

procedures.

2. Recording of all data required before, during and after processing.

3. Operation of equipments in compliance with Good Manufacturing

Processes and Safety.

4. Operation, Set-up, and Strip-down / Cleaning of Machine and

Equipment.

5. Oversee production equipment and plan and monitor maintenance to

ensure desired efficiency.

6. Release of areas for manufacturing activities though cleaning

approval.

7. Authorization to proceed with production start-ups.

8. Technical input regarding daily problem solving in the area.

9. Ensure that training needs of staff have been identified,

implemented, and validated.

10. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engineering

work requests.

11. Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) conditions and

Safety Standards in the area.

Manufacturing Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Check the cleanliness of room, area before starting work, to be

sure it's free from previous product to avoid mix-up.

2. Check the cleanliness of all equipments, machine and clean label

expiration date before starting to work.

3. Check all dispensing label attached for every materials such as;

Raw Materials Name, Item Code, Lot Number, Quantity Required,

Quantity Dispensed, Gross Weight, Tare Weight, Net Weight conform

into Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

4. Update area logbook with product name and batch number, display

products details at the area entrance.

5. Proceed into manufacturing process base on the manufacturing

procedure.

6. Check the integrity before and after sieving process.

7. Always follow the Standard Operating Procedure and Safety and

Current Good Manufacturing Processes.

8. Attached all dispensed label into the manufacturing batch record.

9. Records product name, date of manufacturing, weight of actual

output into log book for proper productivity measure per day.

Position : Manufacturing Process Technician -

As a process technician trained and learned the

knowledge and techniques of tablet manufacturing,

doing the actual process of Wet / Dry Granulation,

Mixing, Blending, Compression, and Encapsulation.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with department manager and other relevant departments

in the preparation of departmental work schedules.

2. Ensure that agreed work schedules are completed as planned.

3. Allocate the work of team member according to their skills.

4. Ensure that dispensing, mixing, blending, slugging, drying,

compression, and packaging are carried out in strict accordance

with authorized specifications and standard operating procedures.

5. Maintain a continuous staff skills record.

6. Participate with the production manager in the setting of

departmental objectives and quantifying the key results.

7. Supervise the performance of staff within the departments.

Maintain necessary records in the form of graphs and charts.

8. Monitor deviations from standard performance and analyze the

reasons, seeking help from a specialist when required.

9. Ensure the rigorous maintenance of health and safety procedures.
