matters in a timely manner, call and follow up with attorneys, executors

estates/trusts/legacy matters, prepare documentation for Salvation Army
approval of attorneys for legal matters concerning employee issues and
other legalities, responsible for obtaining bids for the purchase of
vehicles for officers in the Metropolitan Chicago area, preparation of all
documentation for purchase of vehicles, main contact between our vehicle
maintenance/fuel program provider and the Metropolitan area, monitor
maintenance and fuel vehicle program, prepare legacy distribution
