Mr. Bradley Fletcher ****.********@**********.***
As a specialist in electronic printing, Mr. Fletcher is currently required
for challenging assignments across Canada and the United States. He is very
skilled in the AFP print architecture and has built his career on
developing Electronic Document Strategies and actually implementing the
recommendations for his clients. He has completed assignments for:
Sourcelink, a service provider for Cleveland Water, utilizing DOC1, PCE and
Oracles CC &B Billing System, Brad designed, developed, implemented and the
monthly Residential and Business invoice.
Santee Cooper, a South Carolina Electric Company, utilizing DOC1, PCE and
Oracles CC &B Billing System, Brad designed, developed, implemented and the
monthly Residential and Business invoice.
Lee County Electric Company, a Wouth West Florida Electric Company,
utilizing DOC1, PCE and Oracles CC &B Billing System, Brad designed,
developed, implemented and supports the Wireline Residential invoice.
TELUS, a national Canadian Telecommunications provider, untilizing DOC1,
PCE and Content Author Brad designed, developed, implemented and supports
the Wireline Residential invoice.
Group 1 Software, a senior member of the professional services team, Brad
has designed, developed, implemented, maintained and enhanced DOC1
applications for several Group1 customers. These customers include A.G.
Edwards, Charles Schwab, Edward Jones, Shaw Cablesystems, Seattle City
Light, Seattle Public Utilities, City of Calgary, Southwest Securities,
Enmax Corporation, Lee County Electric, and others.
CW Agencies, where he implemented a high speed distributed print
environment utilizing the most current technology on an AS/400, OS/2, PSF/2
platform for a large Vancouver, Canada based mail order firm. He also
conducted an evaluation of all computer printing and presented
recommendations to enhance their corporate image while reducing production
costs and improving efficiency.
For CW Agencies, Brad also designed and implemented several extremely
complex direct mail applications that he developed using DOC1 and Message
1. The production of these was completed on a daily basis in several
different languages.
ISM BC., (now Telus), a Canadian Computer Outsourcing company, he completed
the data design for a DOC1 statement and developed, tested and implemented
the complete DOC1 application using the DOC1 ALE.
Xerox Corporation, a high speed computer printer manufacturer, he developed
training for the International sales and support structure that allowed
them to understand IBM's AFP architecture and positioned them to sell the
new Xerox AFP printers into this marketplace. He then delivered this
training in train the trainer sessions at various Xerox facilities around
the world.
IBM Printing Systems Corporation, a high speed computer manufacturer, he
wrote, produced and developed a CD that contained all necessary training
for IBM 2085 and 2105 printers. This CD was able to replace the need for
classroom training to the end users by IBM technicians.
Canadair Inc., an aerospace manufacturing company, Mr. Fletcher assisted
with the development of a Global Print Strategy for senior management. This
strategy has been adapted and is being implemented. This strategy was
subsequently adopted by the parent company, Bombardier.
Carr Gottstein Foods Company, a grocery wholesaler in Anchorage Alaska,
required Brad to implement a distributed printing environment that allowed
them to complete the migration of all of their applications from a VSE
mainframe to a Unix based Client/Server environment.
State of Wisconsin, who was implementing an Electronic Output Strategy.
Brad assisted in the consolidation of printing technologies into one, IBM's
AFP. He also assisted in the implementation of and application migration to
the archival and viewing products of RSD America. In addition, Brad
participated in an evaluation of the check production process for the State
of Wisconsin.
Oregon Mutual Insurance Corporation, an insurance company converting their
output processing to Xerox technology from impact and IBM AFP printing.
This project required him to conduct an evaluation of their current
environment and provide recommendations which assisted in the development
of a professional document production and support area while protecting the
investment Oregon Mutual had already made in skills, resources and
technology.
The B.C. Ministry of Finance, where an evaluation of current check
processing procedures for a B.C. government agency in Victoria, Canada was
developed. He developed recommendations for the redesign of the business
procedures, computer applications, and the implementation of both
centralized and distributed MICR printing.
Manulife Financial Corporation, where he completed a vendor sponsored
electronic output strategy assisting them in identifying the output
requirements prior to proceeding with equipment replacement was completed.
Nova Corporation of Alberta, where a high level electronic output strategic
plan for a major pipeline company in Calgary, Canada was developed by Brad.
This involved evaluating computer printing, viewing, photocopying and
offset printing to provide recommendations for future technology
acquisitions while also identifying more effective use of currently
installed technology.
As an industry professional, Bradley Fletcher is also very involved in the
Xplor International organization, a user group dedicated to electronic
printing. He shares his expertise with the various members of Xplor
International as an industry TRE (Technical Resource Expert).
In 1994, Mr. Fletcher achieved professional certification as an EDPP or
Electronic Document Printing Professional.
