- Over ten years of intelligence experience in multiple disciplines including imagery,
operational intelligence, geopolitical intelligence and multi-source analysis. Currently
have over ten years of imagery interpretation experience and possesses extensive
knowledge of CENTCOM, EUCOM and PACOM areas of responsibility. He is adept at
fusing multiple disciplines of intelligence into consolidated geospatial analytical reports.
Also, have utilized digital image processing; geospatial data reformatting, conversion,
and transfer; photo interpretation; hardware and software installation. Performed and
knowledgeable of the geographic information systems (GIS) for exploitation and
analysis of imagery and geospatial information to describe, assess and visually depict
physical features and geographically referenced activities on the Earth. Furthermore,
I’m well experienced in working with the following imagery systems, Panchromatic,
Radar, Infrared, Multi-Spectral, Hyper-Spectral, LIDAR, Falcon View, Remote View,
Tactical Airborne Reconnaissance Pod System (TARPS), ArcView/ Arc/INFO, National
Imagery Exploitation System (NIES), National Exploitation System (NES), Imagery
Exploitation Support System (IESS), Socet, Google Earth, Requirement Management
System (RMS), Integrated Exploitation Capabilities (IEC), JWICS and Multimedia

Professional Experience
July 2010 – August 2010 - National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, DC
- Exploit imagery in support of national and military security goals, concerns, and
strategies. Conduct multi-INT research, populate intelligence databases, and produce
written, graphic, and oral intelligence products. Also, primarily analyze military force
structure, capabilities, intentions, and vulnerabilities of adversaries and potential
adversaries, weapons proliferation.

February 2004 - Retired March 2009 - Imagery Interpreter - U.S. Central Command
(CENTCOM) Tampa, FL.
- Supported the Military CI targeting efforts in order to counter espionage and terrorism
threats against the US forces. In addition, synchronize, fuse, and provide
recommendations for targeting priorities and actions regarding the Military highest
priority counterespionage and counterterrorism investigations and operations. Was part
of a team to produce, from concept to completion, CI operational targeting packages,
milestones, objectives, and goals in support of the Commander's guidance and visions.
Develop concepts, approaches, and strategies in support of target development and
strategic operations planning with the development or refinement of CI synchronization
matrices. Utilized intelligence community (IC) resources, including M3, Pathfinder, and
QueryTree and produce analytic products with Analyst Notebook, Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and other applicable applications. Provide analysis and integration of
complex intelligence issues for Military CI clients.
- Highly proficient, with a strong imagery background. Produced over 2,000 1 st Phase
imagery reports and 3,840 2nd Phase tactical imagery reports on Remote View systems
while at CENTCOM. Also, very confident and knowledgeable in key components areas,
such as Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), Orders of Battle (OB) and Lines of
Communications (LOC). Additionally, I have produced over 150 in-depth imagery
reports and country threat analysis, that were never reported on previously. Have
briefed senior personnel on the strategic implications of these assessments. Self-
motivated and confident in making independent and deadline decisions, comfortable
working in a demanding high-tempo environment. In addition, I have provided on-going
training and mentoring to junior analyst personnel. Used both automated imagery
processing and intelligence analysis tools on a daily basis. Moreover, have managed
the imagery intelligence database systems, and besides that, an exceptional researcher
with keen strategic insight and operational understanding.
- Executed over 80 missions as FMV (Full Motion Video) analyst for Warrior Alpha
Exploitation Cell during OEF IV and provided over 1200 hours of Predator full motion
video exploitation of 25 named OIF/OEF Operations resulting in 40 imagery products.
- Provided coordination and exploitation leading to the elimination and the capture of
numerous insurgents/terrorists in the CENTCOM area of operations .
- Forged new working relationships with National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA),
National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), and USCENTCOM. Also, have
worked extensively with coalition partners, including the French, Italians, Polish,
Norwegians, Canadians and British.
- Was selected to train nearly 350 National Guard members and individual augmentee
personnel while serving temporary duty assignment in Gulfport, MS. This training
consisted of various general military training topics as well as direct support training for
the Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (JTF-GTMO).
November 2002 - February 2004 - Imagery Analyst Supervisor - U.S.S. NASSAU
(LHA-4) Norfolk, VA.
- Supervised over 6 personnel while producing tactical imagery reports in support of
Operation Iraqi Freedom, utilizing the Joint Services Imagery Processing System-Navy
(JSIPS-N). Furthermore, provided timely intelligence to senior officers and decision
makers through regular briefings and written reports. Intelligence provided led to
effective targeting of enemy high value assets with minimal collateral damage. Applied
Falcon View, Remote View, and other imagery/geospatial analysis tools on a daily basis
to provide operational commanders with a current picture of the battle space.
Conducted regular training with subordinates, which included imagery systems 2200,
2800 and 3100 radar sensors to ensure job proficiency and capabilities. Provided
mentoring for junior personnel. Was responsible for the maintenance of the digital
imagery systems valued over $300,000 in Navy assets.
November 2001 - November 2002 - All-Source Analyst – U.S.S. NASSAU
(LHA-4) Norfolk, VA
- As the subject matter expert produced six in-depth reports on Lebanon and Syria
Authority. These reports focused on the strategic picture concentrating on numerous
geo-political and socio-economic concerns to include elections, power struggles
between factions, humanitarian situation, escalation of violence, terrorist organizations
and international isolation and its effects. Reports were compiled based on extensive
open source and classified research. He used M3, Interlink, and other analytical tools to
query intelligence databases for information needed.
- Additionally, compiled, analyzed, and evaluated all-source information, which led to the
production of intelligence products on terrorists, terrorist organizations, and state
sponsors of terrorism potentially linked to identify terrorists in support of the Global War
on Terrorism.
- Conducted extensive all-source analysis of regional situations and provides daily
intelligence presentations and reports to senior officers and decision makers. I have
demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing on complex
subjects regarding regional geo-political conditions and their long-term impacts.
June 1999 – November 2001 - Intelligence/Imagery Supervisor - VF-213
(Fighter Squadron) Virginia Beach, VA
- Supervised the intelligence production and scheduled daily activities for the
workforce of four individuals. Was responsible for providing mission-specific imagery
intelligence information to fighter pilots in relationship to land and air threats during
their routine missions. Conducted regular updates on threat conditions to operational
commanders. The intelligence provided was vital for the pilots’ effectiveness and
accomplishing their objectives and enabling them to return home safely.
June 1995 – June 1999 – Imagery/All-Source Analyst - NAS Fallon, NV
- Highly skilled in performing detailed analysis and research techniques on confidential
intelligence information for the development of strategic or tactical plans, assessment
and evaluation of intelligent information. In addition, performed day to day tasks that
required preparation of graphs, charts (link analysis, event flow analysis, activity
charting), tables and other illustrative devices for visual presentation of data.
Education / Training
- Navy Law Enforcement School in San Antonio, TX during November 1993 - January
1994. Perform specialized duties in internal security operations at remote locations
throughout the United States and overseas.
- Military Customs Agent while serving time in Guam from February 1994 -
February1996. Conducted various inspections to ensure that no illegal contraband were
imported or exported.
- Intelligence Specialist Class “A” school, Navy Marine Intelligence Training Center
(NMITC) June of 1999 in Dam Neck, VA. Collects, processes and disseminates
intelligence by performing analytical and administrative duties; identifies and produces
intelligence from raw information; assembles and analyzes multi-source operational
intelligence in support of intelligence briefing, reporting, and analytical programs.
- Imagery Analyst Interpreter Course - November 1999 in Dam Neck, VA. Interpret
all-source imagery with the use of utilizing digital imagery systems. Also, identifies and
measures objects of intelligence interest found within the image, prepares imagery
interpretation reports.
- Operation Intelligence Analyst Course - February 2000 in Dam Neck, VA. Fuses
electronic intelligence (ELINT) and other Sensitive Compartmentalized Information
(SCI) inputs into the General Service (GENSER) to provide an integrated all source C4I
(Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence) picture using the
Tactical Command System (TCS).
- Strike Planning Analyst Course - August 2000 in Dam Neck, VA. Managed afloat
tactical and operational level research, analysis and dissemination in support of power
