FOR FLUID TECH, INC...
Developed sales plan to increase Fluid Tech, Inc's annual revenue by
20%. Worked with technical staff to develop an eco-friendly product for
British Petroleum to absorb spilled oil in the Gulf of Mexico. Sales
volume projected a 20% annual revenue increase on initial sales.
For International Paper Company . . .
Maintained 100% compliance record for solids processing and
wastewater discharge into municipal system. Achieved a 100% compliance
record for solids and wastewater processing/discharge. Managed contaminated
waste program for liquids and solids contaminated with ink and resin
residuals as well as an ALRA sludge system for a continuous operations
facility. No incidents or citations were received during my tenure as
department head.
Developed and implemented safety training program that decreased
facility TRIR by 12%. Developed and implemented job specific safety
training program for all machine operators and maintenance staff across
three shift operations. Training resulted in a 12% decrease in first year
TIR.

Implemented mandatory safety proponent training for all shift supervisors

extraction of all the original production equipment and the simultaneous
installation of three flexographic press, three die cutters, two strapping

HAZARDOUS WASTE STREAM MARKETS.
International Paper Co. (IP), 1995 to 2008. Promoted through
positions of increasing responsibility for this $200M division of
manufacturer of paper and packaging products.
Territory Sales Representative / Bulk Packaging Sales
Specialist, 2005 to 2008. Accepted responsibility for product management
and sales of manufacturing facility's most profitable product, accounting
for 40% of total plant volume. Promoted to Territory Sales, managed and
grew territory through sales to such Fortune 500 companies as Kohler,
Whirlpool, Cargill, and Morningstar Foods.
