JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Executing the site as per the approved shop drawings and co-ordination drawings.

Coordinating with other services such as Civil and Electrical during the installation to avoid any

clashes.

Preparing RFI/ Inspection request for the project of the work done for consultant approval.

Providing supervisors / foremen with work direction and delegate’s sufficient authority to carry out

responsibilities.

Implement quality, safety and housekeeping standards.

Monitoring Sub-contractor’s work to ensure quality and progress of work as per schedule

Sending the material enquiries to the suppliers as per the quantity take off from the shop drawings.

Revising the sizes and re-routing the ducting and piping wherever needed to make the system

economical.

Providing support during testing and commissioning activities performed by third party and finally

hand over the Project as per the required contract procedures.

Achieving monthly targets and giving inputs for monthly billing based on actual progress of work at

site.
