Description Call Delivery and Measurement Technology project was focused on providing

the customers of Bank a 24x7 IVR application and also support the call centre

environment, using Nortel MPS 1000 IVR platforms and Genesys based CTI

systems which handles the call routing to the various call centers or LOB.
