Educational Testing Service –Ewing, NJ

April 2008- Current

Test Center Administrative Investigator- titled as Test Security Specialist within ETS - Deal with the security and

integrity of test materials for ETS administrations. Communicate with test center supervisors and test takers

regarding test material issues, in addition to management related duties, which include overseeing the support staff.

Monitor and track the status of test material shipments made from UPS and other vendors to and from ETS.

Inventory and examine the condition of test material parcels. It is important for all parcels and enclosed materials to

maintain compliance with ETS’s standards. Every phone or in-person interview is handled with a customer service

approach.

Duties and Accomplishments:

1. Assist with various management related duties, which includes overseeing/advising the assistant and

temporary staff. This includes appraising, resolving complaints when necessary.

2. Conduct interviews with site supervisors and test takers when the test taker wrongfully takes the test

materials with them.

3. Acts as a liaison between test centers, transportation vendors, and ETS.

4. Process 1000+ cases per administration.

5. Multi-tasking between projects regularly while keeping good detail to every project.

6. Provide superior customer service, which includes resolving complaints.

7. Conduct Investigations for test centers that have been out of compliance with ETS procedures.

8. Inform Coordinators’ of being fined or suspended upon losing their test materials.

9. Communication regularly with other departments at ETS.

11. Visit test centers to observe, audit, and report when change is necessary.

12. Make innovative recommendations of program improvements for both my department and for the entire

Educational Testing Service - Office of Testing Integrity, Ewing, NJ April 2008 – January 2013

Test Center Administrative Assistant Investigator- titled as Test Security Assistant within ETS- Ensured the security

of test materials for the Office of Testing Integrity at ETS. This was done through case processing of missing test

books and related items. Investigated, inventoried and interpreted the test center supervisors’ test material handling

and security procedures. This also involved advising upper management on issues of misconduct of materials to

help maintain test integrity, and acted as a liaison between domestic or international clients’ inquiries and ETS. This

work demanded that I treat every supervisor or coordinator with a customer service approach. The work also

involved the expert use of ETS’s various online systems.

Macy’s- Bensalem, PA November 2014- Current

Store Associate- Assistant with store duties as assigned in a seasonal role. Such duties include customer

service/sales, stocking of the clothing and shoe warehouses, store upkeep, inventory, use of the cash register and

more.

Chauffeur – Ensured safety transport of customers to and from the major airports within the Tri-State area of

Supervisor, Stephens Fitness Center – Managed the part-time staff to include hiring, training, and scheduling. Acted

as an available source of information to the more than 1000 patrons who came in on a daily basis. This often

included discussing matters in a sales-like atmosphere where the patron became the client. Responsibilities also

included assisting in the organization of various programs that were designed to encourage the university

community to get physically active. I assisted with the inventory and ordering of fitness supplies and equipment.

Coordinated clients’ training and safe use of equipment, provided client consultations, and scheduled plans and

programs. I also maintained confidential records, contracts, financial documents, and logs for each client.
