Engineering Manager & President
Founded small, high-tech company to provide clients and OEMs with motion
control and robotic systems expertise. Interface with customers to
negotiate and manage contracts, develop new products, improve existing
designs, and provide technical sales support in global marketplaces
including Taiwan, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, and Germany. Hire, train, and
manage staff of up to eight researchers and design engineers.
Lead and execute all phases of product design process including market
analysis, value proposition definition, requirements and scope of work
development, contract negotiation/sign-off, design specification, project
planning/management, design milestone setting/review, engineering design,
firmware coding, prototyping, test and evaluation, production
transition/scheduling, vendor contracting/management, product release
notification, technology transfer, and product launch/marketing.

o Established and grew small high-tech company to reach global markets

board level products and application software, including PC-based
machine tool CNC.

that enabled U.S. Air Force to coat aircraft canopies inside vacuum
