Researched Solar cell working, their performance improvement with cooling, Cadmium
Telluride Thin film (CdTe) and their advantages in comparison with conventional solar cell
and their future scope.
• Wireless communication in process industry
Researched/Presented importance of Wireless Communication technology and Standards (mainly
IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee) for process control industries, and highlighted their merits in comparision
with the Conventional Wired Network. Presented simulation of wireless transmitter with the aid of
MatLab Simulink.

Designed & assembled circuit that measures temperature through AD 592. Used RF
circuit to
convert the temperature signals into wireless.
