Aurora Health Care Sinai Medical Center

Duties include system monitoring and programming, repairs and adds/ changes to the campus

telecommunications network. Nortel Meridian opt 81.Succession 4.5. Call Pilot and SECC Admin also.

Maintain call records and voice traffic for client reports using OTM. Work on resolving client needs thru

Aurora Health Care West Allis Memorial Hospital

Duties include performing daily statistics monitoring, resolving, troubleshooting all activities required to

Operate Meridian Option 81c Pbx. Performing all MACS work on site, including programming adds, moves

and changes to end user telephone equipment. Maintain traffic and call records, generate usage reports for

main campus and all tenants connected to the telephone network using Optivity Telephone Manager software.

Maintain good customer relations by providing information, assisting and working with end users to insure

100% up time for all telecomm needs.

Waukesha Memorial Hospital

Duties included responsible for Nortel Meridian Option 81c Pbx. Perform all MACS work and system

monitoring and maintenance at main hospital and 12 remote sites via carrier remote and cross connect.

Organize and plan departmental moves and telecomm concerns, work with various managers to improve

telephone and call center efficiency. Install and test circuits, program and install telephones, and use MAT

reporting tools and database administration. Purchase telecomm equipment. Supported 6000 ports.

Northwestern Mutual Insurance

As a salaried employee, duties included working in an office environment for the Telecomm/Systems dept.

I was responsible for coordinating department MACS and programming with switchview. I wrote work for

the Ameritech support group and backed up the help desk. I was also responsible for retrieving stock trader

reports via electronic file reporter Rlsv.21.

Work History: June 1997 – April 1999

Roman Electric Company

At this time I was designing and installing HVAC control wiring, voice and data wiring for many customers,

both new construction as well as upgrades. Systems I installed were telephone structured cabling data

structured cabling, all terminations and testing. Sound systems; nurse call, HVAC and intercom systems. I

maintained conformity to all applicable codes and standards necessary for successful installations. I operated

a service truck and was accountable for stock and material for large jobs.

Work History: September 1989 – June 1997

Milwaukee Insurance

At this time I was the voice and data technician as well as the electrician for the 22k square ft home office

campus. Responsibilities included the entire buildings wiring and power infrastructure. I installed voice and

data circuits and electrical work. I coordinated all MACS work for data and voice. I also programmed the

Nortel PBX Rls.11 and worked on the data side with the manager of information systems. I traveled to all

business regions to support the remote offices voice, data and electrical needs. I also worked as backup for

HVAC systems. I also was responsible for entire site relocations.

systems, fire alarm, intercom, MATV and HVAC control systems in both new construction and retrofit
