Responsibilities: I was responsible for all incoming phone calls relating to computer /
Network / software / Database problems. I resolve all issues remotely or forward to
appropriate department. If need be I would go onsite to repair issues locally. I was
responsible for all domain accounts and OU’s.

Responsibilities: As part of the IT department I was responsible for day to day
network administration of desktops / laptops connecting to our networks. I managed
and maintained company hosts, gateways, routers and switches. I did the day to day
back up’s, managed and maintained 6 File / Print servers, 3 mail servers for 1 local
office and 5 remote offices. I Monitored and troubleshoot network system problems,
made recommendations and took corrective action to resolve problems. Consulted
with other departments on major installations, modifications or upgrades to the
LAN/WAN as it affected the company. I supported close to 200 users in my area. I
