- Co-designed, constructed, and commissioned 31,000 sq. ft. operations and test facility .

- Designed and optimized 300-500W stack platform. Sourced and managed part and material vendors.

- Designed thermal model for modular stack. Designed tooling, fixtures, and experiments. Processed results to

compare theoretical results with actual run conditions.

- Developed and managed system control and balance of plant (BOP) specifications for external controls house.

- Designed extrusion dies for multiple cell geometries and managed external machine shop to satisfy die design

specifications.

- Responsible for developing processes to transition 1kW system platform from development to production. This

Conducted and evaluated reactor study on ST and Bromine Grades to reduce Phosgene in reaction, resulting in

$75M per year savings.

- Improved BPA Silos and developed a package to remedy rotary valve failure.
