Implemented Green Fleet Programs, Snohomish County
Developed plans and installed diesel retrofits (oxidation catalysts),
implemented biodiesel use, purchased hybrid vehicles, facilitated bio-
fuel infrastructure forum consisting of entrepreneurs, federal, state and
local governments and legislative staff, farmers, and implemented an idle
reduction program.
Received ARRA grants. Installed 4 solar powered smart-charging
facilities and 3 additional bio-diesel and ethanol tanks/pumps as well as
incremental costs of hybrid vehicles.

Provided cost-effective maintenance services to a dozen cities and tribes
