Supervise 25 hourly Union employees in rebuilding and repairing US Army M1A2 tanks.

Daily duties included scheduling employees to Assembly line and Plastic Molding machine assignments.

Schedule materials and supplies are ordered and filled at Assembly and Machine to assure Production demands are met daily.

Assist with all Skilled Trades Departments to assure plant operations and production goals are met daily.

Supervise 30 Non Union Employees producing Rubber Injection Molded parts for Mazda and Honda.

Duties included scheduling employees to operate Injection molding machines and finishing of parts.

Trained employees to change out Molds and Dies in Injection molding machines and set machines up for next parts build .

Operated forklifts and overhead cranes to change out large Molds and Dies and set up machines for next production schedule.

Completed daily maintenance on Injection molding machines such as replacing hydraulic lines and motors and overall maintenance nessicary to assure production demands are met and machines operated efficiently.

Operated 1500 ton Rubber injection molding machines thru breaks and lunch and start up operations as machines had to run on continuous cycles.
