Championed Quality Assurance Program & Department: Created
Quality Assurance Department, hired and trained quality assurance
resources, and drove down production defects by 50% in year one
of full operation; 75% by year three. Instituted defect tracking

stored in databases and in filing systems onsite for 3 years prior to

Based & Zero Defect testing approach to all products and code to
production for internal and external clients. Planned and executed the
Change Management process to include governance of all changes.
Increased Productivity of each resource by 125% by instituting a
project schedule for the different phases of testing to ensure
multiple projects could be finished simultaneously.

Provided Quality Assurance and Project timelines for clients
such as Wal-Mart, McDonalds, and Sunoco: Built requirements
documentation, test strategies, and allocated resources for the
entire project life cycle. Implemented testing strategies still

Managed Multiple QA resources in 4 states: Managed the day to
day activities and project statuses of 40 resources in California,
Illinois, Tennessee, and Georgia. Launched the QA program in the
