To whom it may concern,
I, Jeffrey A. Loverro, do solemnly swear that what I am about to
share is true and to the point, as a witness to the Creator.
To the best of my knowledge and experience, I believe Gregory Breyman
is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress and is in need of help. The stress
level is higher than most persons I have counciled. He hides it well with
his laughter and constant chatter and is apparent in his constant
movements, both physically and life situations.
I have been giving Mr. Breyman help on numerous occasions and at many
locations throughout Maui. The first intervention occurred while he lived
in a van with his animals, on/around the beaches of Maui. I was able to
convince him to get off the streets only to find he moved into a storage
unit! It was a warehouse with a toilet, no kitchen or bath. He used the
soup kitchens to eat and bathe.
Mr. Breyman continues to exhibit paranoid tendencies which limit his
ability to function. When he was able to maintain a business, he would
overbuy the tools and equipment he needed for fear they would be stolen by
employees. This all leads to his continued stress level. Mr. Breyman
exhibits artistic flare which is inhibited by these physiological problems.
Mr. Breyman needs help. He is appealing to the Veteran's
Administration as his problems stem from his service. I wish to vouch for
Mr. Breyman and lend support to his appeal. I hope this letter serves to
get Mr. Breyman the help he so desperately needs.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey A. Loverro
