Residential and Construction Loan Processing and Closing;
Duties: Supervise and manage and/or perform the following
duties: order title, appraisals, and surveys; examine and
determine necessary items for title clearance prior to loan
closings, process payoffs, and prepare satisfaction of
mortgages. Work with builders and customers with regard to
Contractor's Sworn Statements. Order inspections and process
loan disbursement per sworn statements. Examine loan histories
to compute interest due and prepare loans for amortization and
perform loan modifications. Review and approve invoices for
loan department. Completed a formal training program for
managers. Supervised four loan processors and managed loan
officers.
Major accomplishments - Enhanced and reorganized the residential and
construction loan program and department while the Manager of
the department.

leaving First National Bank. Was the leading CSR in incentive
commissions.
