The new Associate Portal is an initiative to provide
structured, consistent and better "look and feel" to the
end users. It has been developed using Salesforce platform.
All Emtec associates (employees and consultants) will be
the end user of this portal. It has five major categories
namely Home, Employee Center, Departments, Services &
Solutions and Clients & Partners as a part of top
navigation. Additionally, it has been provided with "follow
us" link, site and internal user search feature and bottom
navigation. Bottom navigation consists of seven links
namely Site Map, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Career,
Portal Support, Help, Terms of Use and Contact Us.

The work tenure in United Airlines involved working on

related to Kiosk application such as ADC, Merchandising
products etc, online application such as
change/exchange, ADC, refund application and Web content
Management System. All these applications are meant to
enhance the customer interaction with the system to
minimize the call volume and improve customer
satisfaction. Additionally, WCM application was more
focused towards Business User so that they can manage
online content without/minimal intervention from IT
group.
