Worked as a Primary Contractor overseeing the
construction processes including the design phases of
government contracts for the following government
agencies. Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Marines, Air
force, Homeland Security, Bureau of Reclamation, and
many other Local, State or Federally funded
jurisdictions.
Developed and maintained construction documents and
blueprints per Local, State and Federal codes,
regulations and design requirements. Maintained
construction documents and drawings through out the
term of the project. Developed, maintained and
provided close out documentation and as-built drawings
to the client upon project completion. These drawings
were updated through the new construction or remodel
to properly depict the as-built condition. We used
AutoCAD Bentley Power Draft and Micro Station to
design and maintain construction drawings.
Architectural and mechanical dimensioning techniques
were adhered too along with civil longitude and
latitude positioning, Electrical and isometric pipe
diagrams were part of the design process and updated
during construction to properly show as-built
conditions.
Earned letters of commendation and recommendation from
federal agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers
for excellence of contractual performance.

Computer Aided Drafter
Worked with Engineers to incorporate their needs and
requirements into working drawings and blueprints used
for permitting and construction purposes related to
HVAC systems and in adherence to Title 24
requirements. Worked with engineers creating working
construction drawings depicting HVAC units and ducting
in real size requirements and double line schematics
to insure equipment would fit in required locations
and available routings above ceilings, in chases and
under floors as required by the client. Included in
HVAC drawings are electrical power and plumbing
drawings. As required for clarity we would draw many
complicated plumbing diagrams in isometric to show
special locations and define valving as layed out with
in the building or structure.

Computer Aided Drafter
Worked with Engineers to incorporate their needs and
requirements into working drawings / blueprints used
for permitting and construction purposes related for
the retooling and remodel of a tomato processing plant
formally owned by Dell Monte. We worked with these
AutoCAD drawings and blueprints to properly layout and
position equipment and create redlines.

Graduated and received a certificate of completion for
completing a 900 hour, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 6
month programming specializing in computer aided
drafting and design per known Cad design and
construction standards in Mechanical Drafting and
Design. While attending Precision Technical Institute
I was awarded a certificate of excellence for
outstanding performance in regards to accuracy,
adherence to known Cad standards and timely completion
of assigned projects.
Summary of
qualifications Preformed as one or as both Safety Officer and Quality
Control Officer for RMA Land Construction while under
contract for the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy,
U.S Marines, and U.S. Air force, The Beuru of
Reclamation, Home Land Security and NASA, at NASA Ames
Research Center. Also performed as Superintendent for
RMA Land Construction while under contract with the
above named agencies.
I maintained and produced construction drawings and
documentation, adhering to engineer's requirements,
regulatory building codes and accepted Cad Drafting
Standards and Practices in the following engineering
disciplines, Civil, Structural, Architectural,
Electrical, Mechanical and Land Scraping for the above
named agencies and various state and local
jurisdictions. Many contracts with these agencies were
awarded as Design Build Projects.
I am proficient in the following computer programs.
AutoCAD, Bentley Power Draft, Micro Station, Adobe
Acrobat, Word, Excel, Power Point and many other
general office software programs.
