produced documents for Auto Insurance Packages at this Specialty Auto Insuer. This included the policy, ID cards, bills,
cancellations, reinstatements and renewals. These documents were rendered in a PDF format for printing and storage. A
daily batch cycle was also created to run the necessary steps to produce these documents and send them to an online
repository called ImageRight for storage and historical reference.

"contracts", new policy forms, and "statements", annual & quarterly reports of policy activity and values. Allianz called
these packages of documents and forms sent to a new policyholder, a "Welcome Packet". This included the policy contract
and various marketing and administrative or legal materials. An annuity "welcome packet" contains about 20 to 50 pages.
