International Executive Reports
Receptionist, 1990-1995
Performed a variety of receptionist duties that included answering a 24-line phone console
for 9 companies; greeted visitors and clients to the office; sorted and distributed all
incoming mail. My tasks also included faxing facsimiles as needed and photocopying;
prepared large bulk and subscription mailings; stuff and labeled envelopes, then ran
through postage meter. Overtime was worked when necessary.

Secretary (Convention Service) 1984-1990
I supported a team of 7 in providing secretarial service that included, phone answering,
typing of Convention Reports, faxing, photocopying and distribution of all incoming mail.
Assisted in room setups when needed and worked at special evening events within the
hotel. I implemented a 4:00pm snack program for the staff that was well received also by
the Hotel Manager.
