. Joined as Senior Laser Physicist, promoted to Principal Laser Physicist

in 1998, and to Chief Laser Physicist in 2000.

. Designed and developed over 10 successful laser products with nonlinear

elements and different wavelengths for Medical, Industrial, Scientific,

and OEM applications.

. Designed and developed unique Q-switched Nd:YAG lasers with four

wavelengths (1064, 532, 580, 650 nm) and output energy up to 1 Joule per

pulse for the removal of tattoos, pigmented lesions and unwanted hairs.

. Developed the first in the world High Power Er:YAG lasers with pulse

energy up to 3 Joules for ablative skin rejuvenation, skin resurfacing,
