Phillips Safety Products Marketing Manager/Online Sales - 2011 to Present
Freelance designer hired to update all three corporate websites. I was quickly hired full time in a different capacity. Responsibilities include
establishing and creating the consistent design for Phillips Safety Groups: Phillips Safety Products, R-X Safety, My eyewear2go and Aqua
Eyewear. Vendor negotiations result in decreased pricing and increased profit. Capable of successfully sourcing new eyewear brands (including
F ossil, Armani, Nine West, Juicy Couture and Carrera). Maintain and populate our Amazon, Sears, buy.com and eBay stores. Produce photography in-
house, creating more profit. Other responsibilities include an image database creation and maintenance. Create in Creative Suite 5 Web
Collection design. Website updates and e-commerce content management.

The following freelance projects include assignments through The Creative Group. Prince Sports Catalog: d esigned new look for Australian
O pen, French Wimbledon and US Open. Firmenich Fragrances: c reated mock up design concepts were pitched for Axe Deodorant Spray and
n ew packaging for L’Oréal products. S pringpoint Senior Living: c reated a more modern branding for the marketing collateral for all their

Siemens Hearing Instruments Marketing Specialist 2 - 2007 2008
Created compelling marketing collateral for both internal sales team and end retail consumers. My tasks included supporting the production manager with
daily job trafficking dilemmas. Managed two graphic artists and maintained daily workflow. Proofing point person for project blue lines and color
proofs. I was able to achieve client relations through conception and design, layout and print management, multiple project juggling. I achieved
saving the company money by making sure to stay within the Siemens Guidelines and proof work for error-free files.
Creative Marketing Alliance Studio Manager - 2006 2007
Managed three studio artists and maintained job traffic timelines to kept delivery dates ahead of schedule and error free. Supervised/art directed team,
designed layouts for marketing and association clients, maintained production schedules, and served as liaison with clients and vendors. Built relationships
and negotiated competitive pricing with printing companies and outside vendor subcontractors. Prepared designs for photography shoots and
approved final blue lines for printing. Designed direct mail, catalogs, brochures, magazines, newsletters, postcards, trade shows, e-mail blasts.
Lenox, Incorporated Graphic Designer - 1999 to 2006
Longtime position within these organizations afforded me a wide range of experience in: art direction, traffic management, production
management, collaboration with copy staff and account executives, problem solving, troubleshooting, manage others, working on team projects,
leading projects, multitasking and organization. I designed for multiple brands and flip to different design styles to keep with each brand identity.
Daily work was designing marketing collateral for Lenox, Gorham, Dansk, Michael Graves and Kate Spade.

Digicon Imaging Graphic Designer - 1997 to 1999
Lead designer for multiple clients and two major clients SB Advertising and Pathmark. Daily tasks included but not limited to: creating
m arketing collateral, preparing files from clients to be print ready and developed matchprints.
North Jersey Newspapers Graphic Designer - 1994 to 1997
I created classified ads, camera ready art and retail ads. Ensure all deadlines are met. Scanned ads submitted by companies. I ensured proper
placement of ads and pagination of newspapers.
Design Skills
I have thorough knowledge of all Adobe Design Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Dreamweaver), Mac OS. My abilities include but
not limited to: very comfortable with digital media, strong organizational, multitasking and planning skills. I am currently pursuing a degree in web
design. I have up to date knowledge of HTML/XHTML and CSS. I am very proud of my extensive knowledge of publication production
process and that I’m comfortable working individually or as part of a team.
