Project: Global Business Project Management

enterprise businesses worldwide. The objective of this project is to

provide a global platform for the various front end and back end processes

involved in the lease life cycle of products that Cisco Capital leases.

Responsibilities and Achievements:

. Work as functional expert for Pricing of leases and loans. Understand

the pricing calculations and document the existing process in BRD's

and workflows. Create the "To be" process flows and automate the

workflow and approvals. Define the requirements for the lease/loan

"Pricing as a service" - a web service call that can price and

calculate the monthly payments of the lease/loan.

. Liaise with business and process owner during risk engineering and

high-level review sessions to derive and execute action plans, meeting

deadlines and standards.

. Interface with business users to prepare and update Business Process

Requirements (BPR) and Software System Requirements (SSR).

. Work as a Pricing Analyst/ Pricing SME and understand the

Pricing/Quoting processes of various leasing/lending companies and

incorporate them in the automated software.
